I decided against trying to do some sort of diet to prepare for the wedding. To be honest, that would just add more stress and I already eat pretty healthy. BUT, in order to feel my absolute best, I decided to do a wedding cleanse. Not the master cleanse or even a juice cleanse, but rather an intense week of Bikram yoga!! I have been practicing Bikram for six years and I was so excited to be back in the studio. In the past week I have worked my body through the 26 poses in a 108 degree room for a grand total of 450 minutes. The result- I feel exactly how I had wished. My organs feel flushed, by posture is improved, I feel calm and centered, and I even have a yoga glow!
