Can't breathe!

I was so disappointed to get to the Y this morning only to realize that I had left my ear buds at home!! I had planned to run 8 miles which I knew would be absolute torture without entertainment. I quickly came up with a plan B and decided to entertain myself with with some treadmill intervals. After a couple of weeks off from running (stupid foot injury), this work-out kicked my butt! Give it a try, challenge yourself!
