... got an incredibly awesome Sunday morning workout. Emily, my personal trainer, invited me to join in on her weekly stadium workout. For 45 minutes we ran up and down the stairs, flew around the field, lunged, squatted, and mountain climbed every square inch of the place. I returned home around 9:30 am, energized and ready for the day ahead!! I'm so happy to be a Jillfit girl :)!
