Jarrett and I woke up yesterday morning to a house full of off-white walls, a bar covered in navy blue paint, and an unfitting yellow backdrop to our built in bookshelves. Oh, and let's not forget the "interesting" stenciled grapevines that bordered our kitchen walls. By the end of the day, our house was transformed. Thanks to the gracious help of 7 of our friends who blessed us with their time and talent, we managed to paint nearly every single room in our house. The crazy thing was that despite the tedious task at hand, we all managed to laugh and catch up with each other along the way. We are so unbelievably grateful and are in absolute awe at what a difference the color makes!! Even though we have lived here 10 months, we finally feel like the house is ours!
